Broom 39 - (1992) - Price - GBP 129,950

Description

Designed by John Bennett, the Broom 39 was a very comfortable sea going boat and, in common with the Broom 37, its wide beam gave it spacious accommodation for the length. As with the 36, introduced in the same year, the 39 positioned cockpit seating at the edge of the deck, maximising the usable area. This example was sold originally to a German client and Val Wyatt Marine sourced her for the current owner in 1996. She is particular well fitted and features a full electronic package,Eberspacher HD4 Hydraulic hot water system,Hydraulic bow and Stern Thrusters and hydraulic folding mast. Benefitting from being newly compounded and polished this 39 really deserves a new home!

Accomodation & Layout

The interior layout includes an island double in the aft cabin with separate toilet and shower cubicles. There is ample stowage each side of this cabin with Wardrobes and drawers.
Moving forward up 4 steps to the saloon, the stairs are of the "Broom Spiral “design with a comfortable sofa to starboard. Opposite is the sideboard with 4 cupboards
down 3 steps to the inclusion of a dinette opposite the galley and on the same floor level gives a comfortable dining area that converted into a further double berth.
Twin 'V' berths in the forward cabin had ensuite access to the forward head/shower.
An internal helm was not fitted,
Going outside the aft deck features a triple helm seat with reversible backrest and fitted seating with in the GRP moulded dodgers, this boat features a canopy which has a zip in rear panel behind the helm seat and the framework for a full extended canopy to the complete aft deck.
With her 13'06'' beam the 39 gives spacious side decks making her easily usable on inland waters.
Her real flair however is her offshore performance with many an owner saying at 22 knots she is the best hull they have ever been to sea in
