Description

This Northshore built Lifting Keel Yacht was launched early May 2006.Priced atractivly to assist an early sale She has been hauled out each winter, Stored ashore undercover and is now in Fehmarn Germany (South Baltic) She has been very well maintained and is fully equipped for ocean and shoal waters. The hull is in off White and the non-slip areas to deck in two-tone biscuit, antifoul blue. Teak Cockpit. It is fitted with a Selden tall mast-carrying Sobstad sails, the fully battened Main is 290 sq ft. fitted with MDS cars, the furling Genoa 316 sq ft. Adjustable Genoa cars, Cruising chute. Mast stowage for adjustable spinnaker pole. Single line reefing, Lazy jacks, stac pac system, removable SS bow sprit. Jack stays. Fitted with 2 bertts to the forepeak,
Centrally located Dinette,with "U" shape sofa to port and addittional sofa to starboard.

On the starboard side is the Heads and Shower with access to both master cabin aft and saloon forward.
